STARTING FOR THE FIRST TIME.
This is our way to meet you and know who you are before you join! A typical intro class starts with a group introduction, followed by a warm-up designed to teach you a few essential movements and a workout scaled to your abilities.
On Ramp Foundations Class
This is a 2 day course teaching individuals the basic fundamental movements of Crossfit.
Once you've completed the On Ramp, you will be confident enough to join the normal classes with the understanding that all coaches will be aware of your status and will take it into account.
I'VE DONE CROSSFIT FOR 3 MONTHS OR MORE.
This is our way to meet you and where we get to know each other, and get a taste of what we do here. Also, to learn about your fitness history, your goals, provide a quick gym tour, then sit down and talk about next steps.
The key to success is YOU! Whatever your fitness level is today and whatever your fitness goals may be, we are there to help and guide you every step of the way.
