Wednesday: 5am, 6am, 12noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, (6:30pm-Beginner Class)
Thursday: 5am, 12noon, 5:30pm, (6:30pm-Beginner Class)
Friday: 5am, 6am, 12noon, 5:15pm
Saturday: Community Workout (Visitors welcomed!) 9am-10am
Saturday: Open Gym: 10Am – 11pm
